Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns on Personalized Items: Not accepted. Personalized items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product (e.g., damage or defect).
  • Returns on Non-Personalized Items: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges for Apparel: If there is an issue with the size, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Replacement: If your item arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, I will replace the item at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.
  • Refunds: Not offered except in cases where a replacement item is not available or for non-personalized items that are returned within the specified period.
