Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most items are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may take longer, and the processing time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location and external factors such as weather conditions or postal delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Some items include free standard shipping. These items will be clearly marked in their descriptions.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary based on the destination.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it down.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
